How to Apply
Please review our Admissions FAQs before you start the admissions process. When you are ready to begin, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Submit an Inquiry / Check Current Year Availability
No fee is required to submit the first step of the application. Click the appropriate link below to access the inquiry form. Once submitted, you will be notified via email of enrollment availability at our campuses. Please note that our database can only assign a student to a single campus and grade level; therefore, please select your preferred campus and grade level and do not submit multiple inquiries for the same student.
Academic Year 2025–26
Step 2: Complete Admissions Application
Applications will be made available once the inquiry has been submitted and processed (please allow up to two business days for processing). A $50 application processing fee is required to submit the application.
Step 3: Complete Checklist Items
Supplemental material will be requested via an admissions checklist after the application has been submitted and processed. This may include submitting a copy of the student’s birth certificate, school records, etc. All required checklist items must be submitted to be eligible for an interview and an enrollment decision.
Step 4: Attend a Student Interview and Assessment
Candidates who have completed applications and checklists by the priority deadline will be sent a date and time for an interview and assessment via email. After the priority deadline, interviews will be scheduled only as space remains available.
Step 5: Receive an Admissions Decision
Admissions decisions will be released via email on February 4th, February 14th, and on a rolling basis thereafter. If accepted, an enrollment contract will be issued, and a $300 non-refundable tuition-deductible enrollment deposit will be required to secure your child’s seat.

As a private school, Thales Academy does not offer special education services and/or accommodations outlined on Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) or 504 Plans. Regardless of IEP or 504, all prospective students must complete the standard admissions process and undergo the same admissions assessments as other applicants. During the admissions process, all applicants with IEPs or 504 Plans must submit copies of IEP or 504 documentation for school review. No admissions decisions will be rendered until full documentation is received.
Thales Academy admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin, religion, and sex to all rights, privileges, programs, and activities offered and made available to students at the school. Thales Academy does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin, religion, sex, age, or physical or mental disability.
Proof of US citizenship or legal residency is required. Thales Academy is not able to sponsor international students for enrollment.
